professional staff perfect location rooftop terrace great dining
i tell you the staff are so professional and helpful. the location is perfect near the shops. the rooftop terrace must be visited the views are gorgeous. the dining experience was great there are no doubts about that

my room included a king size bed and a minibar it was awesome. the bathroom had complimentary toiletries and a rainfall shower it was refreshing. the room has blackout curtains and soundproofing for restful sleep i needed that.

the hotel sits right in the heart of the shopping district it was awesome. major attractions are really easy to get to from here. several metro stops are only a short walk away that was so useful.

wow! this hotel is seriously amazing!
attentive staff spacious layout winning breakfast
I stayed in a premium double room. it had great air conditioning and a spacious layout, i loved it. the staff was attentive. They won awards for their breakfast.
the elevators were small. this resulted in waiting times. sometimes it was as long as ten minutes to go up or down

breakfast selection wellness center
the breakfast selection features many choices. i also enjoyed the complimentary hour in the wellness center, it includes a jacuzzi.
the gym is somewhat small, it only had a few machines.

city views expertly prepared cocktails turn down service breakfast quality dirty tables unhelpful staff
The rooftop bar provided lovely city views! the bartenders were skilled. My cocktails were expertly prepared. the room included turn down service. It was a nice touch after a long day exploring. the bathroom was particularly good after long days. It helped me relax.
The breakfast buffet lacked quality. Some food seemed hard or overcooked. the dining area suffered from poor management. Dirty tables remained uncleared for extended periods. the front desk staff were not very helpful. This was unexpected for a hotel of this caliber.

loud air conditioning non-working phone
the location was acceptable as it allowed for easy access to nearby attractions.
i found several issues impacted my stay negatively first i noticed the air conditioning was quite loud it disrupted my sleep each night also the phone in my room wasn't working this made it hard to contact the front desk for assistance.
